Too small and no arch support

I received shoes from Clark's previously as gifts. They were size 10 and fit perfectly. Quite lovely! They were full coverage shoes, so in Hawaii that gets hot fast though.
I wanted some slip on sneakers and was convinced from my previous shoes that your brand would have the arch support needed.
I ordered 2 pair of Breeze Shore half sneakers and couldn't wait for them to arrive! So imagine my disappointment when they arrived too small and little to NO arch support! They fit like the size 9's in my closet! The older I get the longer my feet become, yes, but all of my size 10 still fit! Even my shower/beach slippers are 10's and fit perfect.
Please, the shoes arrived when I was out of state. So my family took them out of the packing box so I no longer have the box or labels.
I am willing to keep them as I can gift them to the local Women's Shelter. I DO want to register my complaint so that women. like myself, won't run into this problem in the future.

Diane at Yeovil is fab!

Just wanted to get in touch to praise one of your team members over at the Yeovil store. After two weeks away and visiting four different Clark’s across the Midlands and failing to get me son school shoes, today I trekked into my local town centre (on my birthday) super stressed out in a last ditch attempt to get him shoes before he goes back to school on Monday. As tomorrow he’s going off to spend the last few days of his holiday with his Godmum in Cornwall. The store was super busy, and we were told that due to staff sickness they could only fit from pre booked appointments. I approached a staff member Diane and explained that this was the only day I could get him into store. She very kindly fitted him herself. She was super professional throughout and really helped us out of a sticky situation. I just felt this needed to be fed back, so she can get a massive high five!

Most disreputable Company

Although I have a history of ordering from Clarks shoes, Clarks charged me for shoes I didn't order and didn't receive. Complained many times to customer service. Rather than a cash refund, I was issued a gift card. I verified with Clarks the card was legitimate, however, when I attempted to use it online, the card didn't work. Called customer service and learned no funds we associated with the gift card. Tried to receive my money, Clarks refused. I have not and will not ever buy another pair of Clarks shoes

ClarksUSA is a terrible company...Stay away

I will NEVER purchase from clarksusa.com again!!!
My order wasn't delivered and i have been trying to get someone on the phone for 3 Days. I get an automated operator and then i am holding all day.

Scammers

UPDATE 09/05/2022
20 days since they illegally charged my card, 0 contact from Customer Service (I tried every channel). I am still waiting for my refund, which will most probably never arrive. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

One full day of trying their customer service number but no one is answering. No answer on social media either. This is beyond unacceptable...

What a fraud! They charged my card twice without creating an order. Now no one is answering the phone. They don't have any mail or chat-based Customer Service. Very fishy. Keep away!!

I ordered 5 pair of sandals. The invoice has disappeared from my computer. I cannot find a packing slip. I have one pair to return. There is no way to talk to a real human when I call . Please help

4th of July Coupon Code

I was hoping to purchase a pair of shoes during the 4th of July sale. The coupon code I received by email was not working so I inquired through your FaceBook page. Great with returns help

Deborah helped me with a return that had been hanging in the system. I had tried to reach someone on the phone, only to spend over 45 minutes in the queue before I was hung up on by the person answering the line. By contrast, Deborah was kind and courteous, in addition to being knowledgeable about procedures. She let me know what was going on with my return and helped me finish the process.
